As part of the Group’s growth strategy, Rubix has acquired ADL Holding, parent company of Limousin Adhesifs – a leading French distributor of adhesive tape solutions.
Lima is a well-known service-led business specialising in the transformation and distribution of technical adhesive tapes.
Lima product offer includes a large selection of eco-friendly, masking and packaging tapes while services include cutting, printing, tailored pieces, product traceability and new product development.
Product development capabilities coupled with established traceability allow the business to meet the demanding needs of industries. This includes the aeronautical sector’s stringent product certification processes, to the food and beverage industry’s requirements for eco-friendly products suited to food contact.
A family business founded in 1979 by parents of the current managers, Marie Marquet and Bruno Daigueperse, Lima delivers annual sales of c.€30m with a track record of consistent profitable growth and a significant contribution from own brand sales.
Located in Limoges, the business has one major site that includes the headquarters, warehouse and workshop while the technical sales team covers all regions in France. There are 108 employees in total, with many technical experts.
Marie and Bruno will remain with the business to oversee an extended period of transition.
