Under the responsibility of Group Marketing Director, the Group Marketing PMO ensures the structuring, coordination, and monitoring of strategic Marketing projects at Group level.

This job is based in Lyon but can also be based in other location (France or Europe).

In particular, he/she will have the following missions:

1. Coordinate group trade marketing cross-functionally and monitor performance:

– Follow Trade negotiations up and alert feedback to the Group management if delay in plannings or issues in subscribed packs

– Coordinate the execution of negotiated levers with the Group Digital team

– Accompany the Group CatMan Dir. to the change management, prepare the presentation of the Trade Marketing packs to the suppliers to support the negotiations of the Group CatMan Dir.

– Coordinate with the Group Digital team to monitor the performance of negotiated levers and their restitution

– Organize and host the country marketing community alongside the Dir. Mkt Group

2. Manage and update Branding materials (guidelines/corporate presentation/brochure…), in coordination with external agencies:

– Manage and monitor the materials (print/digital) and their deployment on the group’s communication levers

– Animate workshops with internals (EUKA, CatMan, R. Eng teams) and externals (Suppliers, customers) for editorial contents

– Follow planning, production, and deployment of tools in all countries up

– Monitor compliance with Brand Guidelines in all countries

3. Assist the coordination for Services’ marketing across Europe

– List the European services and existing tools & materials

– Organize workshop with services’ departments, Group and countries, to formalize marketing roadmap and new tools to create

– Manage and follow the creation of marketing materials with external agency up

– Follow planning, production and launch in every country up
