Attaché Technico-Commercial Interne (ATI)
Office-based Technical Sales Associates contribute to growing the turnover of a specific customer portfolio within their branch office or the hub they report to. As office-based sales staff, they oversee customer relations remotely and in close proximity with Field Technical Sales Representatives. They make sure that Rubix’s Sales Policy is implemented correctly based on Rubix’s methods and tools.
Always ready to respond to Rubix’s customers ever more efficiently, they rely on their technical skills and knowledge of our product families as well as our technical and logistics solutions.
Field Technical Sales Representative
Field Technical Sales Representatives are closely involved in developing the turnover of a specific customer portfolio. A true sales force, they travel to visit their customers and provide them with technical support and advice. In an effort to strengthen customer loyalty, they foster permanent relationships with their customers by working very closely with their Office-based Technical Sales Associates.
One feature of their missions is to regularly scout out new customers in order to develop their portfolios. They make sure that Rubix’s Sales Policy is implemented correctly based on Rubix’s methods and tools. Always ready to respond to their customers’ enquiries as efficiently as possible, they rely on their technical skills, sales and marketing insight, and knowledge of our product families as well as our technical and logistics solutions.
Maintenance Technician
Customer Service Technicians or Maintenance Technicians offer Rubix’s customers a maintenance service for their industrial plant and equipment. Thus, their main missions entail installing, controlling/checking, maintaining, adjusting, cleaning, and repairing their customers’ production plants and equipment based on a schedule of site visits and on customer emergencies.
Customer Service Technicians intervene alone or in pairs, in their workshops or directly on their customers’ premises. As required, our technicians have expertise in hydraulics or in electromechanics.
