This role supports the business in managing product and supply chain sustainability and compliance requirements across multiple countries. It provides regulatory insight, supports supplier ESG due diligence activities, and helps Category Management and country teams respond consistently and pragmatically to regulatory and customer requirements.

What will you be doing?

  • Support product and supply chain compliance activities relating to established and evolving regulation, including REACH, RoHS, PPWR, CS3D and Ecodesign / EU Digital Product Passport developments.
  • Maintain and regularly update a regulatory directory covering product, supply chain and sustainability legislation relevant to the Group.
  • Support the design and implementation of compliance programmes for upcoming supply chain regulation, including the EU Deforestation Regulation, ensuring processes, data requirements and internal guidance are in place ahead of regulatory deadlines.
  • Support the operation of the Group’s supplier ESG due diligence programme, including supplier screening, risk assessment and follow up actions.
  • Contribute to supplier engagement materials, internal guidance and documented processes.
  • Support the use of digital tools and systems for supplier due diligence and regulatory data management.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Category and country teams on supply chain sustainability and product compliance topics.

Profil du poste

What is your background?

  • Experience working in sustainability, supply chain compliance, product compliance or responsible sourcing roles.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, business-relevant actions.
  • Experience working with or alongside Category Management, Procurement or Supplier teams, ideally in a high-SKU environment.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Confident communicator in English, comfortable working across multiple European countries and cultures.
  • Experience in a decentralised, multi-country and/or PE-backed environment is beneficial but not essential.
