Promoting employment for young people

At Rubix, we believe that employment is the top corporate social responsibility. This is why we offer great career prospects to young people who join us as apprentices or interns.

Thanks to the supervision of dedicated tutors specially trained for this mission, we support them and help them progress and transition from school to work.

Protéger l’environnement au quotidien

At Rubix, our commitment to protecting the environment is reflected on a daily basis through initiatives such as:

• reusing packaging on our logistics platforms and in our branches
• systematically reducing energy consumption in all our facilities (branches, head office, platforms)
• using non-polluting, quiet electric vehicles

Safeguarding the local fabric

At Rubix, one of our strongest commitments is to our local roots. We believe that safeguarding the local industrial fabric is one of our corporate responsibilities.

We have opted for a local approach by operating through a network of 200 branches throughout France. Thanks to this commitment, there is always a branch nearby!

To do this, we listen to and analyse the needs of all our customers in order to offer them the right high added-value products and services, and so enable them to fully focus on their core business.

At Rubix, we are conscious of our responsibility as leader in industrial distribution. We work with over 350 suppliers to offer our customers safe, high-quality and environmentally-sound products.

Additionally, CSR has become an integral part of our approach, not only through the inclusion of CSR criteria in our sets of specifications, but also through the EcoVadis assessment of our suppliers, and the in-house promotion of responsible purchasing and procurement.
