Alexandre Labasse has been CFO of Rubix France for the past five years.

Following the promotion of Franck Voisin to Rubix Group CEO, Alexandre Labasse is appointed CEO Rubix France, effective immediately.

For the past five years Alexandre has been CFO of the French business. Over that period, he played an instrumental role in delivering a strong financial performance alongside successful implementation of strategic initiatives including exclusive brand sales growth, increased digital penetration and an expanded services offer.

Alexandre started his career at French industrial group Legrand where he became Group International Financial Controller before leaving to join inspection and certification business DEKRA as CFO. He joined Rubix in October 2018.

Commenting on the appointment, Group CEO Franck Voisin said: “It’s wonderful that we can continue to fill important leadership roles from within our organisation and I am delighted that we will remain working together so closely. I am confident that he will lead Rubix France to even greater success in the months and years ahead.”

Alexandre added: “I’m hugely excited by the opportunity to lead Rubix France. It’s a business and a market that I have come to know well and I look forward to building on the platform that Franck put in place, helping to cement Rubix as the clear market leader for European industrial distribution.”
