RUBIX acquires LIMA, one of France’s Adhesives specialists

As part of the Group’s growth strategy, Rubix has acquired ADL, the parent company of Limousin Adhésifs, one of France’s leading converters and distributors of adhesive solutions.

Lima Adhésifs specialises in the conversion and distribution of technical adhesive tapes and is well known for its professionalism and services.

ima offers a wide range of industrial, eco-responsible masking and packaging adhesive tapes, and its range of services include cutting, printing and custom parts, traceability, and new product development.

Product development capabilities combined with traceability help the company address the exacting needs of industry. These include rigorous certification processes for adhesives in the aerospace sector, and the demands of the food industry for eco-responsible food-grade products. 

A family business founded in 1979 by the parents of the current managers, Marie Marquet and Bruno Daigueperse, Lima achieves annual sales of some €30 million, with steady, profitable growth and a significant proportion of its sales in own-brand products.

Head office, plants and warehouse are based in Limoges. The technical sales team covers every region of France. Lima Adhésifs employs 108 people, including many technical experts.

Marie and Bruno will remain with the company to oversee the changeover period.
