These are typical comments from Ophélie, an in-house Technical Sales Engineer, and Julie, a Business Manager.
To mark International Women’s Day in early March, we decided to put together the profiles of Rubix Women.
The place of women in industry is not only a question of equality, but also competitiveness. As plenty of studies have shown, mixed teams achieve better results, and yet women only represent 30% of the workforce in industry. Hence the importance of giving a platform to the women who make up industry.
